The Craft and Hobby Association held their convetion in Las Veags near the end of January. FloraCraft invited J to join them in their booth to demonstrate products that could be used for floral based projects.

J emerges from the Flora Craft demonstration area to get started for the day.

Two of the fresh arrangements J created. The one on the left utilizes an orange-colored Easy Weath. Both arrangements are in hand painted (by J) Timeless containers from FloraCraft. Both arrangements feature Room Flair - the cute ducky on the left and the hearts on the container at right.

The famous Faux Hand Tied Bouquet - made in an Artesia Sphere - wowed the crowd at CHA. At right, J starts another creation with an Artesia Cone shape.

Eufloria Flowers graciously donated the gorgeous roses for all of J's arrangements. The beautiful results are at far right.

This chocolate cake creation starts with a Styrofoam base. J catches up with Kathy Lamancusa, long known in floral industry circles and now with Jo-Ann Fabrics and Crafts.

J begins a new project with Styrofoam spheres.

J utilizes fresh product from Mellano & Company Wholesale in Las Vegas to create a chartruese and white wreath. Thanks go out to J's new friends, Mollie and Jamie for their helpfulness.

J also had the opportunity to make a new friend - the lovely Diane Flowers - a fellow demonstrator in the FloraCraft booth. Diane uses Styrofoam in creative ways as shown at right and in her just published book Silk Flowers for Every Season from North Light Books.
